• Patient Privacy: Ensure all patient information is anonymized and HIPAA compliant
• Audio Requirements: Include clear audio narration - voice-over is encouraged for better presentation
• Video Quality: Minimum 720p resolution recommended for clear viewing
• Duration: Keep presentations between 10-15 minutes for optimal engagement

1. Navigate to our secure upload portal at https://www.wetransfer.com/
2. Name your file using this format: "COS2025-[Your-submission-code].mp4"
3. Use support@scigentech.com as the recipient email address
4. Enter the same email address you used for your abstract submission
5. Include this message text:
   "Video Submission for The Clinical Orthopaedic Society 113th Annual Meeting - [Your submission code]"
